What are your strengths?
After 35 years of construction comprising of 20 years of construction management all disciplines became strong points – civil, mechanical, piping, structural, E&I and commissioning.
What inspired you to get into this sort of industry?
When I started to work the construction field paid the best salaries
What is the most challenging aspect within your field of work?
To finish the project without any fatalities or serious injuries, within time and budget to ensure a happy client.
How do you manage and overcome these challenges?
By sharing my experience and knowledge with my fellow workers and contractors gaining their respect and getting involved with all construction activities leading by example resulting in successful team players which make successful management very easy.
What has been the highlight of your career?
Completed a Chrome DMS plant in Kazakhstan in severe temperatures within time and budget.
