Always follow manual  book  instruction when ever I am performing my task

What inspired you to get into the Automotive Industry?

Passion to work with big machine

What is the most challenging aspect within the Automotive Industry?    

Troubleshooting away from workshop.

How do you manage and overcome these challenges?   

Research more on  the problem on the machine so that I would take right tools

What has been the highlight of your career? 

To maintane the machine

If somebody starts as a trainee / beginner within your line of work, what could they earn in salary?

20% of artisan salary.

What can this person expect to earn 10 years of experience?  

95% of artsant salary.

What advice can you offer people who also work in the Automotive Industry?

Always work according to the machine standard  ,for example Catappillar always use manual book for specifaction.

Where in Africa have you worked before?  

I have worked in Zambia, Botswana and,Mozambique.

As you know, numerous African countries are being invested in due to their rich minerals. Which country within Africa do you think will be the next hot spot and why?

Mozambique-because it was in war for long time  and most investor underlook Mozambique

CA Global is a big believer in Africa, why do YOU believe in Africa?

Have many minerals which were never fully used because of political and economical instability.
