10 years ago, in 2007, CA Global started as just a small team focussing on mining recruitment in Africa. Mapping the mining industry in Africa, and key candidates within the sector the team quickly grew the company to meet the recruitment demand expected from mining clients across Africa.

Within a short space of time we then extended the Mining recruitment model to other sectors, extending our reach to include:

10 years later, CA Global Headhunters has grown its staff compliment to a whopping 40+ multilingual Headhunters and recruiters based in South Africa (Head Office), Mauritius, Angola, Mozambique and Kenya. We have dedicated Recruiters, managed by seasoned Recruitment Managers, who focus on and specialise in niche markets across Africa.

Wow! This milestone is a great achievement for the CA Global Group! We have made our mark on the African map and we lead the pack when it comes to finding only the best candidates across Africa! Well done team and a BIG congratulations to our Group Managing Director, Bradley Barr, for steering this company towards greatness!
