What industry do you work in and what exactly are your skills?
I work within the field of Accountants and my skills includes financial, cost, Audit, Credit and Collection Projects as well as managerial accounting. Additional skills reflect me working in Safety and Protection as a ‘body guard’ for VIP’s and protecting the personal interest of the client and Establishment of the company. I am a team player and can easily multitask.
What inspired you to get into this sort of industry?
Success drives me to be in this industry and of course my family.
What qualifications and experience did you have to gain In order to establish yourself and therefore become a professional within your industry?
Qualifying in Accountancy, maintaining professionalism, execute handwork act honest. I am certified in my area and can handle the job in a timely and skillful manner.
What is the most challenging aspect within your field of work?
To finish compiling reports in a timely manner.
How do you manage and overcome these challenges?
Making effective plans , schedules,discussion of the group in order to finish all the reports that need to be done.
What has been the highlight of your career?
When I was promoted as Deputy Provincial/Project Manager for one of the projects by USAID funded in Afghanistan for over 3 months. I was employed as a contractor because of my hardworking and brave person in any task given by the company and being a team work to the management and I have trained do really well and succeed.

Who is your role model and why?
First my parents are my role models. My Mother and Father are both hardworking and dedicated individuals who have successful careers and have always found ways to give back by helping others less fortunate then them. Also major influences in my life were my former bosses in the Philippines and Afghanistan cause they are great people; humble, hardworking, family men. These two men always treated me as family.
What motivates you to work this hard?
My family motivates me to work hard. I want to provide all their needs and make sure they have a better life.
What is your outlook within your industry over the next 5 years?
I have a good outcome in the industry/companies that will succeed will be those who embrace this change and use it to their advantage, good person in my team/group, more success in the industry and I have a good position, good career and more benefits.
As you know, numerous African countries are being invested in due to their rich minerals. Which country within Africa do you think will be the next hot spot and why?
Ghana is a great example of a country that has attracted a lot of foreign investment. It has proved a stable democracy with a government that is interested in accommodating multinationals while also investing in the skills of it’s people is a good formula for economic and social success.
