I work within the field of consultancy, training, development and strategic policy analysis.
What inspired you to get into this sort of industry?
My primal hobby is research and development that contributes to strategic management and global development! I am an analysor passionate about development and transformation management!
What qualifications and experience did you have to gain In order to establish yourself and therefore become a professional within your industry?
I am a fully qualified human Resources, Industrial and Labour relations professional who studies public administration. In order to ascertain performance at any level, be it corporate private or public, in order explore governance and transformation mechanisms that could achieve organizational effectiveness is what inspired me and assisted me in becoming a qualified governance analyst.
What is the most challenging aspect within your field of work?
What I find the most challenging is managing personnel attributes and matching up performance to synergise teams needs intercorporated values in order to be effective!
How do you manage and overcome these challenges?
Working with teams and implementing joint and collective accountability brings ownership and personal dedication to effectiveness

Who is your role model and why?
Former President Thabo Mbeki of South Africa! He was an elite and technocrat at heart who placed proper foundations and structures of institutionalization for systemic development! Indeed he placed South Africa on the roadmap to align and harmonize with international global order!
What motivates you to work this hard?
I would love to become an International Anchor in global development and strategic governance.
What is your outlook within your industry over the next 5 years?
This is one fast growing industry which will have a massive pool of expertise to place the world order at the required healm.
As you know, numerous African countries are being invested in due to their rich minerals. Which country within Africa do you think will be the next hot spot and why?
Lesotho! It has untapped and massive resources yet to be explored because of its geo-environmental conditions! In fact a lot of international agencies are already flocking in to explore the unexplored country.
