As you know, numerous African countries are being invested in due to their rich minerals. Which country within Africa do you think will be the next hot spot and why?

Tanzania – The landscape is as secure as the city; people go everywhere North to South, East to West fearlessly. Such circumstances made the country a destination for hundreds of foreign sun-worshipers who are after sunbeams, especially in the two seasons; winter and summer. None offensive acts against foreigners were ever registered in the country since citizens appreciate and respect foreigners as guests.
