What industry do you work in and what exactly are your skills?
I work within the field of Information technology since I completed computer science engineering My skills are programming, software testing and networking in management and team-like projects.
What inspired you to get into this sort of industry?
This company not only provides me the opportunity to execute my knowledge but also helps me develop on a professional level. Also, It’ll give hone my skills and reputation in the concern field.
What qualifications and experience did you have to gain in order to establish yourself and therefore become a professional within your industry?
A professional with thorough experience and knowledge in the field and industry-ready to handle responsibilities and projects directly or indirectly with confidence and experience.
What is the most challenging aspect within your field of work?
Because I am an all-rounder interested equally in sports and my work, I certainly experience challenging moment . I found it very difficult to manage my course and my love for activity. On a personnel level,I overcame these challenges by scheduling my time effectively. I fixed my time table for studies and sports with equal and an ample time gap. This helped me to complete my exams and also to compete in sports successfully.
How do you manage and overcome these challenges?
In addition to effective time management, making soundproof and logical decisions helped me to manage the situation and condition well.
What has been the highlight of your career?
There are many! Among them when I presented my project report before everybody in college with bold and steady minded. This one moment empowers and highlight my career.
If somebody starts as a trainee / beginner within your line of work, what could they earn in salary when they start off as?
Usually for a beginner, the thing that matters is learning the work and it’s environment thus much is not required though to be competitive and survive well in the place a little above the least will be fine enough… Knowing the commercial market, for software field, initially 500USD will be convenient however this is negotiable.
What can this person expect to earn (It doesn’t have to be an exact figure, a rough guide is sufficient) after 10 years of experience?
The growth of an individual depends on his skills and capability, thus according to his/her knowledge and skills pay should be handsomely granted. The employee after 10 years has the capacity within this field to double or even triple his / her value and worth.
Who is your role model and why?
I am my own role model because I am the only friend of my heart who can make the best decisions for myself.
What motivates you to work this hard?
I’ve been fortunate in my own schooling; I wanted to show my knowledge in college. So I prepared for that and had put my academics forward so that I could also show my friends and family that I can work in abroad.
What is your outlook within your industry over the next 5 years?
In five years I hope to be working with an employer in an increasingly responsible position, that enables me to utilize my talents and work closely with my colleagues in solving important problems. I see myself taking on new and exciting challenges in an enjoyable environment.
As you know, numerous African countries are being invested in due to their rich minerals. Which country within Africa do you think will be the next hot spot and why?
South Africa, because I love the country by good nature as well as its environment. Also I like south African sports teams; cricket and rugby.
