What industry do you work in?
I work in the industry of Mining and Metals.
What are your strengths?
My ability to work with little or no supervision is one of my strengths.
What inspired you to get into this sort of industry?
I would say to build upon my experience and to grow professionally.
What is the most challenging aspect within your field of work?
Adequate training and when your supervisor is not appreciating your job.
How do you manage and overcome these challenges?
By taking time to study, team working and consulting my immediate supervisor.
What has been the highlight of your career?
The most highlight of my carrier in my industry is plant mechanics and machinist.
If somebody starts as a trainee / beginner within your line of work, what could they earn in salary?
Roughly about $2000 – monthly.
What can this person expect to earn after 10 years of experience?
Roughly $4500 – $7000 – monthly.
What advice can you offer people who are in the same industry as you?
This is a very interesting and challenging profession.
If you had to describe yourself in FIVE WORDS, what would they be?

Where in Africa have you worked before?
I have only worked in Ghana, my homeland.
As you know, numerous African countries are being invested in due to their rich minerals. Which country within Africa do you think will be the next hot spot and why?
My answer for this would be Tanzania, because of the high amount of rich and natural resources within this region.

I believe in Africa because of its rich in natural mineral deposits.
