CA Global Engineering is currently searching for a dynamic and ambitious junior individual to join the team on permanent basis as the new Recruitment Consultant.

CA Engineering is a division of CA Global Headhunters Pty (Ltd). CA engineering has valuable experience recruiting across Africa in a number of industry sectors to include, power generation, industrial, oil and gas, mining, EPC / EPCM civil infrastructure and building infrastructure.

This Recruitment Consultant position will offer exposure across engineering disciplines and involvement in recruitment into the African expatriate market.

, Responsibilities as our new Recruitment Consultant

  1. Market research, mapping out potential clients, candidate response management
  2. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
  3. New Business development
  4. Recruiting and Headhunting for key clients.
  5. In-depth interviewing of candidates’ against job and client specifications
  6. Ensure effective communication between candidates’ and clients at all times
  7. Track and report on progress to team leader

,Requirements for the new Recruitment Consultant

  1. Degree qualified from a reputable university
  2. South African citizen with 1 – 2 years’ experience in an account management / recruitment / business development environment
  3. Excellent telephone etiquette, with effective communication skills
  4. Fluency in English is essential (additional language proficiency is an advantage)
  5. Ability to prioritise / multi-task and work under pressure
  6. Excellent administration skills with an orderly nature
  7. Technical mind-set is advantageous
