The secret is out… Advtech Resourcing Acquires majority stake in CA Global Group
A Partnership to Drive Presence in Africa
,ADvTECH Resourcing has acquired a majority stake (51%) in CA Global Group, which includes CA Global Headhunters (Pty) Ltd and Mauritius-based Africa HR Solutions Ltd, in a deal concluded on 13 August 2015.
“CA Global specialises in areas complimentary to ADvTECH Resourcing with an excellent reputation across the continent. The acquisition makes perfect sense to support our growth plans in Africa,” says CEO Lenn Honey.
The aim of the partnership
The aim of the partnership is to bolster the client bases of both organisations across Africa, including both permanent and temporary services and spur growth.
According to CA Global Group MD Bradley Barr, the partnership offers them the backing of ADvTECH Resourcing, which will see CA Global Group’s aggressive growth strategy accelerate as they become part of a multi-brand organisation expanding into niche market sectors.
“The objective for both ADvTECH Resourcing and CA Global Group is to jointly and speedily strengthen our presence and reach in Africa,” says Honey.
The deal includes the acquisition of ,Africa HR Solutions – which offers employment solutions for clients who wish to enter into Africa. This allows the company to operate while being fully compliant.
“This new partnership will position ADvTECH Resourcing as a driving force in Africa, with geographic expansion and the ability to offer more opportunities in specialised niche areas. It will also see it taking a position in the temporary employment space outside South Africa’s borders,” concludes Honey.
