Our client is seeking a qualified individual to join their team on site in West Africa.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

1. Diesel Mechanic Trade Test.
2. French communication skills advantageous.
3. 10 years’ experience in the management of earthmoving equipment on mine sites.
4. Experience managing large teams.
5. Previous experience as an expatriate in Africa.
6. Experience mentoring and training subordinates of diverse cultural backgrounds.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

1. Minimum 7 to 10 years working experience in a similar capacity;
2. Engineering qualification/degree is a must;
3. Possess a proven track record of preparing and executing project plans and programs as well as managing entire project along with project budgets and keeping costs down;
4. Previous experience working in reputable FMCG organizations is a must;

Requirements:

2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the electrical sales and marketing field
3. Sound understanding of customers’ requirements
4. Strong negotiating skills, high interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
5. Sound knowledge around current market trends concerning competitor knowledge would be an added advantage
