A well-established Property Action group based in Cape Town is seeking to expand their sales team in the greater Western Cape Region. The successful incumbent for each role will need to be a self-starter, goal-driven and motivated. My client pays a basic salary with an extremely high potential for commission.

They are looking to fill the following jobs in Cape Town:

Commercial Property Associate 

1. Must have Matric
2. Must have an NQF 6 level qualification
3. Must have a valid driver’s license
4. Must have own reliable vehicle
5. Must have EAAB certification
6. Must have a proven track record of sales and earnings (going back 2 years)
7. Must have contactable references

Residential Property Associate

1. Must have Matric
2. Must have an NQF 6 level qualification
3. Must have a valid driver’s license
4. Must have own reliable vehicle
5. Must have EAAB certification
6. Must have a proven track record of sales and earnings (going back 2 years)
7. Must have contactable references

Attorney Business Developer 

1. Must have Matric
2. B Comm LLB
3. Must have a valid driver’s license
4. Must have own reliable vehicle
5. Must have EAAB certification
6. Must have a proven track record of sales and earnings (going back 2 years)
7. Must have contactable references
8. Corporate Property Market
9. Civil Property market
10. Commercial property market
11. Must have knowledge and experience with estates and deeds
12. Knowledge of Property Acquisition and Disposal Agreements
13. Must have excellent negotiation skills
14. Must be goal-driven and motivated to seek out new business by connecting with other attorneys
