New service Alert: Psychometric Testing

We are excited to announce that we will be providing a new add-on service to our recruitment process – psychometric testing. We welcome ,Margaret Swart, a registered Psychometrist, to the CA Global Group family.  Using high quality and well-researched assessment tools, she can perform the following assessments:

Cognitive ability tests from entry-level to management level

1. Personality / Behaviour assessments
2. Ability tests for Apprentice and Learner Operator level
3. Talent identification and development
4. Team development ability assessments

1. 11 years’ experience in the Power Industry and 12 years’ experience in Mining and Metals, she worked as an Organisational Development and Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) Specialist.
2. Holder of an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology
3. Registered with the HPCSA (Health Professions Council of South Africa) as Psychometrist.
4. She has assessed candidates for clients in South Africa, Australia, Madagascar and West Africa.

Margaret’s expertise is quite extensive, covering a comprehensive range of assessment tools for candidates across all levels of employment. There’s no need to worry about location either – most of the assessments are done online. For our Francophone Africa clients – we are also able to offer certain behavioural and cognitive ability assessments in French. (With reports available in English)
