About Shearidan
A strong leader
Shearidan has demonstrated great leadership skills during his time at CA Global, and has risen in the ranks from a recruitment consultant to a manager heading up his division within the company’s Finance department.
He challenges his team and has high expectations of others. Although this means he can be strict at times, he also motivates his team and leads by example. This and his unwavering belief in the potential of others means he can get the best out of his team and help them grow and succeed.
Knowledgable and passionate
With a lot of experience in his field, Shearidan has acquired a vast knowledge of the various facets of the Finance sector and uses this expertise to deliver quality results.
Shearidan’s main focuses within recruitment include the development finance, FMCG, and legal sectors. He also has an interest in business development and has grown his skills in this area, attending several GTR events in both Cape Town and London.
He cares about his candidates and clients and has cultivated strong relationships with them and various professionals in the banking and finance industries.
Successes
With his knowledge as well as hard work and determination, Shearidan has achieved many successes over the years, including his promotion to Manager and the Finance Top Biller award for 2022.
He continues to grow in his managerial role and as a driver of BD, and has become an invaluable member of the team.
