Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to strategically develop, support, and implement growth initiatives aimed at achieving or exceeding booking targets within Strategic Accounts and the End User market across Southern and East Africa. The primary focus is to engage with key end-user clients in these regions to identify and generate opportunities that protect the client’s ISV install base, drive competitive displacement, and support the execution of strategic account plans. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, high-level relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across all functional levels of major End Users and EPCs in South Africa.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Process Engineering and/or Mineral Chemistry.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the fertilizer industry (particularly phosphorus and sulfuric fertilizers), gained within an engineering company, equipment vendor, or fertilizer production company.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work transversally and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
